[Feature Update] View All Organizations

This feature update lets you see your tasks across all your Tactick Organizations all at once.

One of Tactick’s core features is the automated task lists that come from the Organized Routines™ you’ve set up in your Organizations. Once you’ve set up the recurring tasks that fulfill a job, responsibility, or goal in your Organization (i.e., once you’ve set up an Organized Routine™), each task automatically shows up on your task list on the days they’re due. Before now, the highest level you could view on a single task list was an Organization. If you had tasks across multiple Organizations (work, home, personal, etc.) you needed to view each task list separately. We recently added the ability to view your tasks across all your Organizations all at once. How? The ‘All Organizations’ tile. You’ll see this tile at the top of the Organization dropdown.

When you’re looking at your tasks for today and you want to see the complete set of your tasks, simply click on the ‘Switch Org’ button and select the ‘All Organizations’ tile at the top of the list:

The Area banner will populate with the Areas from all your Organizations, so you can quickly view tasks either across all Areas in your Organizations or by a specific Area. In this example, Product, Market, Manage, and Money are from a work Organization, and Marriage is from a home Organization:

Here’s a bonus tip: the Areas will populate based on the order of your Organizations in the dropdown. If you want to change the order of your Organizations in the dropdown, simply click on the Organization and drag it up or down, then let go when you’ve got it where you want it. The page will refresh and not only will your Organization order update in the dropdown, the Areas in the Area banner will match the new order as well. Note: you’ll need to be using Tactick on a laptop or desktop (not a mobile device) to change the order of Organizations in the dropdown.

With the ‘All Organizations’ tile selected, you’ll see your tasks broken out by Organization in the order you’ve selected in the dropdown. You can use the ‘All Organizations’ view on the Progress screen as well.

You can also use the ‘All Organizations’ view on the Routines screen. This will help you quickly view your Organized Routines™ by Area across all your Organizations, without needing to switch Organizations in the dropdown.
